So it looks like there will be a new Front Mission game – Front Mission Evolved, a third-person action game. Not the direction I want Front Mission games to go in, but if the game is good, then the game is good.
There is an E3 teaser on Gametrailers. It’s underwhelming. What gave me the biggest reaction was the teaser’s description – did Gametrailers write it, did Square give them this copy, I don’t know.
Since when is turning a “turn-based strategy game” into a “third-person action shooter” an evolution? I didn’t realize it was an inferior genre.
